How does Telephone Career & Life Coaching work?

Coaching usually takes place by phone. The idea of sessions on the phone can be strange for some people, but after trying it they are amazed at the depth and possibilities that can be created. And much more efficiently, rather than travelling to the session - unless, of course, that is your preference.

You start your coaching journey with a two-hour Discovery/Design session. This is where we design our agreements, explore your goals, discuss where you get stuck and your reasons for getting a coach. This Discovery session is really important, as you are unique, so your reasons for coming to coaching are different to someone else's. I am a co-active coach, which means the sessions are designed around your agenda, and we work together towards your transformation.
After that initial Discovery session, we generally meet 3 times a month for around 45 minutes.
(Relationship coaching sessions are a one hour minimum) My request is a minimum three month commitment to coaching.

What does it cost?
There is a sliding scale, according to your needs.

Workshops are posted here, and we welcome requests for workshop designs.

There are residential possibilities where individuals and couples need more intense and urgent assistance.
